Eclipse 500

I fly and an Eclipse 500 in Part 91. my question is in Part 91 do I need an AnP every time to sign off my flight or as a PIC I can sign off and fly it ? and an AnP is only required when some maintenance is done on the aircraft.

Can any AnP help me on this.
