Hi, my son PPL, CPL AND IR EDUCATİON AT FLORIDA FLYERS ACADEMY. But now in Japan. Did not receive his ME training. He is currently in Tokyo. He has a recidence permit and works as a simulator teacher.
Is there a flight school in Japan. Where can his take a M/E training? Thank you so much.

I doubt it very much. Japan is well known for its rather robust requirements for licence convesion - there's no automatic acceptance there of an FAA licence, and I've never heard of any FAA schools in Japan where he could add MEL to his American CPL.

I could be wrong, I've never worked or flown in Japan, but that's what I believe from conversations with Japanese colleagues.
