BBC video from 1978 on the Nantes Collision from 1973

There was a 26 minutes video produced by the BBC and was aired on 4 May 1978 on the collision over Nantes in March 1973 that killed 68 people , mostly British nationals. The program was called " collision course or something similar ) It is unfortunately not in the BBC archives, and I am wondering if any of you has either seen it or can point to a way of getting a copy.
Reason is we are a few who are trying to re-open the investigation , now after 50 years and archives are being opened up.

For those that don't know, this was a mid-air between an Iberia DC-9 which crashed and a Spantax CV990 which made an emergency landing minus a section of wing.
