Sad passing of Fred Puni

I am sad to advise of the sad passing of Fred Puni PX 767 FO and ex Airlines of PNG/PNG Air Captain.
I understand he was killed by a car in Honiara whilst visiting his brother.
A great guy wonderful to fly with and very astute.

Very sad news, one of aviation’s true professionals who was always great to be around.

Only had a few sherbets with Freddy last Monday night. RIP Freddy and I’ll certainly be raising a few glasses in memory this afternoon.
