Port Moresby Radar U/S , no ATC clearaces to non ADSB aircraft

The radar in POM has been down for a few days. New Notam suggests 24th Oct before back on line.

Notam advised no ATC clearance to non ADSB aircraft (plenty of a/c do not have ADSB in PNG as yet
