Most B738s built after around 2012 are SFP aircraft if that helps.

What exactly is this package?

There is no difference to look at or indeed operationally. It consists of the flaps and slats deploying in a very slightly different order, speed brakes deploying by an additional 2-3 degrees on landing and Carbon brakes. It enables the aircraft to lift more in the same conditions when compared to a non-SFP aircraft.

Carbon brakes are not related to SFP, and can be fitted to both SFP and non-SFP aircraft. Some SFP aircraft also have a 2-position tailskid that lowers takeoff and approach speeds, and enables operation out of even shorter runways than the "standard" SFP.
