Unless he can dig up some extenuating circumstances, I'm going to guess; 2 year sentence with 12 strokes of the rattan.

Then look for a cruise ship heading for anywhere in Australia.
And forget about any future overseas travel.

One report said he suffers Psychiatric issues which might explain the occurrence.

One report says that the previous guy to do similar (an American) suffered from schizophrenia - after diagnosis.
He got a month in gaol for hitting a flight attendant and then deported.
That might be an easy out for the Singaporeans.

I'll stick with my "too many Tigers" theory.
