A friend pointed me in this direction. I thought it was all gold and glamour over at NETJETS?
Any insider details on why this is happening and when there will be a resolution?

Sounds like a bunch of cry babies.. Demanding legacy airline pay or higher is ridiculous. The economies of scale make this impossible. At some point it becomes cost prohibitive to pass on these cost increases to clients. But the comments that airline pilots don't return home tired and netjets pilots do completely destroys their credibility.

Luckily not. Unless you have any first hand knowledge, please abstain from making such unfounded comments.

People seem to stay for longer. There must be a reason for that?

The cost of not paying what it takes to attract the best qualified candidates and even more importantly retaining your current experienced loyal pilots - can and likely will eventually come at a much higher price than hard currency. When you´re facing brain drain and even your most experienced pilots are leaving - you´re not doing things right, obviously. When you replace experienced pilots on the top - with inexperienced pilots in the bottom, you´re also not doing it right, at least not if you pretend to be a top end service provider. This doesn´t look good in any perspective. I hope a reasonable compromise will be found soon - for all parties. This is bad news.
