PNG Judge Kandakasi rules against Hevilift PNG

DCJ Kandakasi has ruled that he is enforcing Foreign Judgments in PNG.

Reading the judgement it would appear that Hevilft's lawyers argued this would open a flood gate of claims against the company.
I know of a number of flight crew and engineers laid off during covid and not being paid their dues.
