He has to ring Virgin/QANTAS to get a briefing and authorisation to enter the lounge. He has to announce his arrival and departure from the lounge to anyone within earshot. He also has to loudly and clearly announce to all, if he intends moving around the lounge, changing seats or going to the restroom. Suggested routes to the buffet, bar and restroom are on a placard at the front desk. Patrons are responsible for keeping the lounge clean as there are no staff. He is completely responsible for avoiding other people and ensuring he does not collide with furniture or fall on the ground.

plan assumes affordable price
increases from 2023-24 onwards,
as we realign our cost base and
services to match the new industry
demand and reduced traffic level
assumptions compared to our
pre-pandemic plan."
