Old news. PX have been operating the B767 to Palau for a few months now.

Obviously the Palauans(?) are not that concerned about whether they actually ever arrive at or depart from BNE, given the reliability of PX's 767's these days.

I remember the Palauans had a crack themselves a while back. Nauru has been running an island hopper from BNE out to Palau and back lately as well.
