Challenging the CAA to remove an OML

I’m now nearly 3 years post Aortic Valve Repair with no symptoms or any abnormal findings in any tests or reports since surgery. Cardiologist suggests that the chance of a sudden incapacitation is very low which is what I understand the CAA use to apply an OML.

Anybody had any success challenging the CAA to remove an OML restriction in similar circumstances ?
