DJ and ATPL/737 Rating.

Just have two questions regarding Virgin.

Q. I understand the hours but what about ATPL?. Can I get into Virgin (for arguments sake ;) ) with a Frozen ATPL?

Can I be a F/O on a Frozen ATPL?

Q. Is it a req. to be rated on the 737? Or are they training themselves now?

I am under the impression that a Frozen ATPL is where you have done the theory and passed but have not yet gained the hours.
