The CEO of Tropicair has been terminated and Craig has left the building...
Previous staff that had resigned from engineering and admin are now believed to be looking at returning..
It's not an easy position to fulfill.

Nobody running anything in PNG seems to last 5 mins. I’ve lost track who has been sacked from
where these days, so confusing.

Long enough to do a lot of damage.
Lack of engineering support. Key engineering staff left, key admin staff left all due to grievances.
Very poor interaction with staff at all levels
Possible lack of spare parts planning,
Little or no forward planning
Chronic shortage of flight crew.

The termination would have been planned carefully by the owners/directors.
The CASA PNG approval for a FPP (fit and proper person) would need to be sorted very quickly if not already in place.
Knowing the person concerned, I'm surprised he lasted this long.
