I imagine that you would like advice on the logistics and burocracy of moving you belongings from the EU to a non EU country, processes of registering your residence in Albania; practical things like that.

As for the people my only contact with them is when I use the local car wash where I find them to be polite, friendly and very hard working. Pretty much like the overwhelming majority of Europeans.
