I don't usually like low-budget modern films about the RAF in what I still call the "last" war, but this one caught my eye for its special effects – particularly the Lancaster fronting the sunset.

​​Photos of the cast at East Kirkby show pretty accurate uniforms too, which makes a change. I hope it makes its apparently modest finance targets (https://www.gofundme.com/f/amemoryowedshortfilm).

It's been announced that veteran actor James Bolam, of Likely Lads fame, is joining the cast as a latter-day character reflecting on Bomber Command's losses.

James Bolam has 'form' with regard to Bomber Command. I saw him in 'Bomber's Moon' in the Trafalgar Studios back in 2015, and he was excellent!:
