Ha Ha! I missed reading that. The reporter obviously thinks A320 is a Boeing aircraft.

Landing at Kathmandu (elevation 4,400 feet) is quite difficult if you can't descend below 7,000 ...

Wait a bit for more accurate facts to come out instead of relying on this newspaper article full of assumptions. Could just be a level bust blown up to make headlines.
