Misinterpreted NOTAM.

When are they going to dispense with the teletype format and start providing diagrams? A picture is worth a thousand NOTAMS.

Problem is if the NOTAM was to come into effect during a flight, ACARS can't upload said diagrams (if your aircraft can receive NOTAMS or have them sent from dispatch). Then you're back to square one!
