My request if for a "discussion in the pub" style answer, no professional performance calculation, nor accuracy required.
Never handled an EFB, but I presume modern EFB tools require not much time to do the weight calculations, so if my request is feasible and someone has a few minutes to spare, here it goes:
How much pax. can be taken on an E295 (if there are different engine options, have no info on that), single class seating config (136), let's use ISA+5, 10kt/210°, QNH1025, tourist pax. so let's take 95kg (pax+checked in bags), flight EBAW - GCTS, GCLP as alternate, all the normal reserves, std. fuel policy, good weather at destination expected, out of EBAW rwy 29, wet runway, no ATC climb/cruise/routing restrictions. If I forgot some parameters, default/std/average values will do, as I said, it's only for a "discussion in the pub" :)
