Winter Flu Bug 22-23

I seem to have been laid low by this bug for several days with most of the listed symptoms notably frequent trips to the bathroom....enough said.

I'm sure there must be others who have been laid low but I would like to have an idea how long it goes on for......getting bored of water and dry biscuits not to mention tiredness and inability to sleep.

I’ve had it for about a week now and just starting to feel better. Although still eating dry food..

Judicious doses of Metamucil (psillium) will harmlessly prevent the terrors of nighttime unwanted emissions.
otherwise, hydrate and resist the temptation to kill the virus with ethanol…
