It seems that Mr Hill, pilot of the Hawker Hunter crash at Shoreham air show in 2015, which killed eleven people, has applied for a judicial review challenging the coroner’s finding of
‘unlawful killing’.
I suppose you could argue that he didn’t do anything illegal .. but Just Culture rules mean you own up to your screw ups … so that others may learn from your mistakes, and not repeat them ? His argument is that he has no recollection of the event.
