from a quick google search and poke around ANYONE could do...

was 75yrs to release data, less now but how long will it really be (https://www.reuters.com/legal/government/paramount-importance-judge-orders-fda-hasten-release-pfizer-vaccine-docs-2022-01-07/)

pfizer never said it reduced transmission (so not their fault others did of course...)
and then later evidence could be because the person themselves didn't get covid (https://www.factcheck.org/2022/10/scicheck-its-not-news-nor-scandalous-that-pfizer-trial-didnt-test-transmission/)

Change of Definition
An archived CDC web page from May 2018 shows that the agency’s previous definition of vaccine was “a product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease.”
The current definition on a CDC web page last updated in September 2021 reads: “A preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases.”
The latest CDC definition is absent the word “immunity” and just focuses on the stimulation of the body’s immune response.

Never been a vaccine 100% effective (quibble over a few % ok) (https://historyofvaccines.org/getting-vaccinated/vaccine-faq/top-20-questions-about-vaccination)
After receiving the second dose of the MMR vaccine (measles, mumps and rubella) or the standalone measles vaccine, 99.7% of vaccinated individuals are immune to measles. The inactivated polio vaccine offers 99% effectiveness after three doses. The varicella (chickenpox) vaccine is between 85% and 90% effective in preventing all varicella infections, but 100% effective in preventing moderate and severe chicken pox.

Qantas requires 2 jabs to be considered vaccinated. How many does your aviation company require?

Can you let me know how many flu shots I need so I am immune from the flu and no longer require an annual one to visit an aged care home?
