SEP Reval. by experience hours in other state

My PPL and SEP rating were issued by Spain.

Can anybody confirm if it is possible for me to fly the 12 required hours + one hour of instruction in the USA and revalidate in EASA land?

I would appreciate any help.

The 12 hours can be done anywhere, in any SEP of whatever registration; flights with an FAA instructor can also count towards the 12 hours so long as you do 6 hours as PIC. The 1 hour of refresher training with an instructor must be done with an EASA instructor.
