Anyone with experience working at KAL through CCL? I heard CCL is good, and in general the KAL contract being well organized be it but a lengthy initial training at KAL (5 months I hear). Anyone with info. on this? Many thanks!
CCL is just an other agency. In the end it doesn’t matter which one you choose.
KAL will, depending on your fleet, treat you well or not so well during your training. A330 worst, B747 best.
However, if you don’t play their game or they just don’t need you anymore, like during the Covid pandemic , they will just send you home with now pay or what so ever.

Thanks for your reply, so how would you be treated on the 777 (maybe also the 787)?
T7 should be ok from what the guys tell. However you fly a lot when times are normal (covid)
Until now there are no expats on the 787.
