My idiotic older brother is just complrting his PPL, but before he started he looked at the poss. of doing an NVQ. Anyone heard anything similar or know anything about it?

Sorry Scott. NVQ's are long gone. You could try writing to your MP, or maybe even talk to the local councillor in your area!
