It appears it is hurtling down a road at low level, BUT, look closely at the white lines, I would say he is actually hovering and the movement of the vehicles give that illusion. Nicely done to fool the viewer. :)

I don't think so, or the truck to his right would have passed him. Hovering isn't the Hind's strong point either.

If he was being really clever he would be formating on the HGV to disguise his radar cross section and thermal signature
