Does anyone know how hard it is to get in to the RAAF?

You can try the Defence Force Careers Forum (http://www.aafc.adfc.gov.au/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum&f=39) on the Australian Air Force Cadets Bulletin Board as there are a few members contributing who have recently been through it. Most of the info will be on how to handle the selection process etc.

Also, you can have a look at the ADF Pilot Selection Agency (http://www.defence.gov.au/raaf/PSA/index.htm) web site as part of the RAAF web site for the official version of what selection entails.
