Hello Legacy pilots out there. Please could someone tell me the correct cockpit configuration for a SID? Do you arm the LNAV upon takeoff at 400ft agl? or do you arm it on the ground prior to takeoff? f it needs to be armed on ground, do you have only the LNAV button selected or both the LNAV and HDG buttons selected. Thanks
