"A helicopter of the border police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia fell near the resort of Gudauri, local channel reported. The crew was flying to the aid of paragliders. The information was confirmed by the Georgian Emergency Management Service. The exact number of victims is still unknown. According to local media, there were five people on board".

Very nasty - unless you have the room to dive on speed and try and get to level ground you are pretty much stuffed.
