going to the final board later in the month. Ive heard the essay question stays the same for a set amount of time, if true, anyone know what there currently asking. Any additional gen on the interview would be much appreciated. Cheers!

People on this forum don't like to share what they had on the BA FB, as most falsly think they are in competition with each other.
When I went a few weeks back, the essay was on 'Vill Air', a BA franchise, and how pilots could affect its profitability, and customer service, blah, blah.
Most of the good stuff is in the stuff they send out with the application form, so just read that.
