Hi all,

Does anyone faced with EASA PART ORO.FC.105 "Crew member route and aerodrome/task and area competence" record keeping is valid for 12 months. ORO.MLR.115 Record Keeping says route and aerodrome competence shall be stored for 3 years. My question is, how does your company keeps this record. On my opinion it could be done by a few means:
1. OFP will be kept at least 3 years, instead of 3 months. The commander will sign the OFP which confirms he is self-briefed for appropriate aerodrome and category.
2. The TLB keeps for 3 years, so the sign on the aircraft acceptance or some other field in it will mean the Commander is self-briefed for appropriate aerodrome and category.
3. Journey log is signed and its means the commander is self-briefed for appropriate aerodrome and category.
Any other idea?
Thanks in advance.
