Single pilot age limit

need some help to figure out this issue:
Does the ICAO rule of a single pilot age limit (60years of age) apply to domestic HEMS flights in Canada?
Is there any country that complies with this rule for HEMS?

Don't know about Canada but as regards your question about other countries - the UK enforces the age 60 single pilot rule for HEMS as it is considered to be a CAT / public transport operation.

plenty of guys in their late 60s and early 70s still flying single pilot HAA in the USA with no issues at all. 70 is the new 65. The US airlines are requesting 67 as the new age ceiling now for part 121 ops. I suspect it will be granted soon and other nations will likely follow. Restricting 60 year olds as incapable of flying single pilot ops is utterly pompous.

Question is moot anyway, as there is no single pilot HEMS in Canada really. But no age limit.

Soon to be the whole of Europe (although there are already 12 countries that allow it under an exemption).

As of 2019 Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany

In addition now includes, France, Slovakia plus at least 5 more and all of Europe in short order.

If a pilot can pass the medical, is there any country where he could fly at 86 years either as captain or co pilot, private or commercial. Not too stupid a question I hope!

In any of the categories you mentioned-Australia, as long as you pass 2 medicals a year and your relevant checks. The bigger question is why would you want to?

There is no age limit in Canada as long as you pass your medical...which is easy...
In EMS, we use 2 pilots, so more open to let you go if you don't have any major problem.

bigger question is why would you want toIf you have to ask the question you wouldn't understand the answer.

Don't know the full extent of the chaps approvals but he died earlier this month aged 90 and was still giving check rides for Multi, IFR and CPL two years ago (Australia).
