I have heard rumours that MAT, Maldivian Air Taxi, is planning to re-open a helicopter transport service again, serving the island archipelago with passenger transport services to and from resort islands.

Would anybody have more info, background or insider knowledge, etc. to confirm the above?

If not, maybe somebody will know who the persons involved are and can maybe give me some contacts?
