Is anyone else fed up with the Orbitz pop-up ads on the New York Times, Washington Post, etc.? I suggest we not use those online travel services such as Orbitz that engage in such obnoxious behavior. Any other candidates?

Also, note that Orbitz is owned by United, Delta, Northwest, and Continental (thus, the tie-in to this forum). If you are a customer of those airlines, as am I, let them know that if they continue to condone Orbitz's offensive marketing, they must not appreciate us as much as they say during those in-flight announcements.

The price to pay for free flight info, booking and purchasing a ticket from the comfort of your home, instead of having to get dressed, commuting to, and standing in line at a travel agency office, or airline CTO; Without having to be on the phone, 17 minutes on hold, mind you, waiting for the next available airline reservation's agent to speak with you.... Do you understand the reason for those unsolicited pop-up ads on your screen a little better now?
