Essentially close it down. The court can force them to pay their debts and if unable to do so will order that the company cease trading immediately. The nuclear option of debt collection.

Before I read the link, I thought the OP was using the British-English meaning of wind-up - to annoy or irritate someone. Never realised it had a legal definition. You learn something new everyday...
