Would anyone have any interview preparation/ interview questions I could get familiar with before I go for the interview? Anything they were specifically asked on their TMA interview? Would appreciate any help!

How did you find the interview? I hope it went well! Can I ask how long after doing the psychometric tests did you hear from TMA about moving to the next stage?

Bloody austranauts! Or the UK equivalent- whichever you are. 🤦‍♂️ Get over yourself mate. Gauges are common practice around the world and it’s just aussies like you that think it’s every pilot for themselves. Gauges and other people’s notes help you prepare so you can really focus on the areas the employer is looking for. Unlike you and your “awesomeness”, most people can’t know absolutely everything about aviation.
