Sorry, don't have any specifics but if it's anything like most light jet charter operators in Germany then don't expect much. As a captain you would be lucky to make as much as a NetJets FO and you would almost certainly have no meaningful roster or a poor ratio of duty days vs. days off. Very happy to be proven wrong, though. Hope somebody has the facts and is willing to share them.

And at the moment they only seem to be hiring people with a type-rating...is the market that swamped with qualified/rated pilots? And with a licence with the German LBA...
