Anyone able to tell me what it's like working for Cobham? I'm an engineer specific but after general idea of what the place is like. Recently returned home after a few years overseas and going to need employment soon. I noticed Cobham seems to be on a big recruitment drive with ads for LAMEs and AMEs across most Australia. However I've also heard there has been a massive exodus of staff from there over the last 12 months and they haven't been able to find anyone. Not sure if this is because of a issues working there or because of the aircraft type tickets they need are rare (seem to offering type courses to successful applicants now). Also heard they're struggling to get aircrew now too. I know some ex employees who haven't been too gracious but they left a few years ago and they said management has changed so is it OK? I can't find a current EA so what are the wages? I have B1 F100, Dash8 and Q400.

I would trust the advice of your ex-employee acquaintances. (Nudge nudge)
