Not quite the same thing.

JB flew the MiGs as part of a unclassified programme in recent times.

CONTSTANT PEG was a classified programme that ran from 1977-1988. JB was not part of that programme.

Yes, I found it very interesting and enjoyed his delivery and sense of humour. Looking him up was also interesting - very full career!
