Solved then, ATSB report in 3 years, "toy jet tried to take off backwards and realised it wasn't possible, pilot reacted too late after reverse V1 was attained" Safety recommendations, don't take off backwards and/or set forward gear with park brake on before applying take-off thrust. Further recommendations that all planes be grounded and we travel by car.
