Apparently no longer. 23/7 + 28 annual leave, or similar. Guess that mirrors the flyadeal arrangement...

The job description is hilarious btw.

" Fuel water checks,"
"The P-I-C must ensure that abnormal or emergency situations, system malfunctions, and IMC conditions are not simulated for any purpose on public transport flights."

Hi, I think they still do!

As roster is 20/10, anyone knows if they give "commuting days" before and after the days off?
What about staff travel to commute, any access to ZED?

Questions:

What about school allowance?

If you choose to bring family to Saudi will they help with family visas? Pay for family visas?

Do they offer non commuting contracts? Or any other pattern other than 20/10?

is there any yerly salary increments? Any yearly Bonus.

- NOT SURE, but from what I heard from other guys VISA fees are not covered.

Do they offer non commuting contracts? Or any other pattern other than 20/10?
- it's all 20/10

is there any yerly salary increments? Any yearly Bonus.
- BONUS is not a thing here.

Flynas has been losing foreign Captains since last year due to various reasons. Mostly, because there are better deals, better working environment, better work culture and ethics, professionalism and a lot of better things outside the kingdom.
So, when one Captain leaves Flynas.
He will not get a letter of No accident or incident. GACA will not issue this, because they don't have it in their system.
He will not get a Certificate of time, records of training are also held back. They will not even stamp his logbook.
All you will get is a released letter, same as a no liability letter. That is after you paid your remaining bond or if you completed your contract.

So, you come here with all your valid credentials and you will leave with nothing. Even the GACA ATPL will have to be surrendered before leaving the company. Why? I don't know why... They will just take it.
Beware of Flynas. The aphorism "all that glitters IS NOT GOLD" apply so much to them.

they are by far last employer you would choose there.
former saudi airforce pilots, instructors and management ,they don't like expats but they need them
so it will be all smiles and kisses until they need you.
They fired many expats during covid keeping many otherson unpaid leave while paying only those belonging to certain regions...
they have been known since long time for firing people who they did not like or who did not bend, ask around!
contract is something that might be thrown or changed as they wish.
so called instructors saying to pilots with thousands of hours how to put their feet on the pedals, when to descent etc.
:}And you have to look at them, smile and thank for all the useful tips:ugh:
it is a funny comedy and the right place where you realize that money cannot buy everything ,or at least the amount given is not enough for the crap you have to hear and do to survive to these sky aces!
If you need a job desperately go ahead but keep your suitcase packed and ready to go.
avoid this circus or bend and kiss their arses ,you choose.
