Evening.
To keep it short.
I'm one of thousands of customers of TAP (just google to see how many people) that haven't been refunded for flights unable to take due to Covid.
They gave me a refund reference approx 4 month ago but since then my refund has fell into the abyss.
They dont answer via email or any social media means, their telephone team are educated to plead ignorance.
I cant even find a UK office address to begin a small claims court proceeding.
Any help or tips would be more than appreciated
