A year since 550 guys were fired. Well the 1.8 million dollars helped , but hey ho.
I hear anecdotally , via Facebook, that around 50 guys are currently operating, but in a somewhat diminished capacity and salary that what went before .
The 18 month salary didn’t dissuade most from trying to obtain gainful employment . Most just quit the industry. I rarely come on here anymore, its so strange after spending so long in hk, it means so little to me now. Sad in a way, but it was never , really, home .
