Very loosely related to military matters, in that we do have RPAS. Suffice to say, our RPAS has much more robust systems.

We're also investing in swarms

Don't just consider military drones. They are being increasing used by companies such as Amazon and also replacing fireworks at displays.

A couple of hundred being hijacked and then crashed at full speed from height into a crowd at something like the New Year fireworks could be more lethal, and high publicity, than most terrorist attacks.

I never would just consider military RPAS. A wee while ago we were flying Op Missions on Shader during the time ISIS were using commercial drones for both recce and IDF. We quickly had to generate SOPs.

Additionally, the Taleban already has its own operationally effective drone unit.

It will be interesting to see how 216 will generate their TTPs.
