Does any body know what the Netjets online assessment is about?

Nothing technical. A few multiple-choice questions about your attitude towards certain things (your main motivation to work at NJ, safety, etc.). Then you need to write a personal letter basically and tell about a time you've provided great customer service. Definitely takes more than the stated 10 min, no time limit though.
