Hi!

Does anyone know the details of the CBAs of KLM & KLM Cityhopper - Salary differences(FC/FO), schedule/rostering, pension etc.

Thanks!

No new pilots needed for the foreseeable future. (Except maybe a few new second officers from their own flightacademy)
But to answer your question:
Cityhopper and mainline are on only on paper different. Pilot pay is dependent on fleet, seniority number (from both companies combined) and some other factors.
Mainline and cityhopper have the same CLA so difference in roster is depending on fleet and not so much the company.

This is not completely true. While both have the same basic CLA, in that CLA, there are sections specifically for KLC and KLM.

While the 737 and the embraers fly mostly the same destinations now, those different sections in the CLA do make for a difference in certain terms, mostly concerning number of days off, number of max sectors flown per Day and other non pay related things.

With the exception of a hand-full of UK guys, all pilots are on a KLM contract, most start at KLM Cityhopper as FOs, some as CoCo's on heavies at KLM, dependent on company requirements.
