Hi, I apologise for asking this question in advance, however can someone please tell me how many attempts one can get to obtain class 1 Medical in UK?E.g if you fail class 1 medical for BP/eye related issue and this is resolved few months later, can you re do the class 1? Thank you all in advance

If there's a problem preventing your class 1 from being issued, it'll be investigated and either you'll need treatment or a report from a specialist which will allow your AME and/or the CAA to make a decision as to whether you can hold a medical.

Take blood pressure for example. If it's too high on the day, you'll be asked to perform a 24 hour BP test. If it's still too high, you'll probably go on BP meds and get checked over by a cardiologist. If all is well and your AME/the CAA are happy then you're good to go.

It's not really a case of if your BP were too high then come back in a few months and try again. That being said, if you had a broken ankle or temporary injury etc. probably best to wait until it's healed!

If you have a temporary issue, your medical would be temporarily suspended until it were treated/resolved.

I'd also add, don't stress about it. The point of it is simply to make sure that you can operate an aircraft safely from a medical point of view and are not at risk of sudden incapacitation.
