Hi, I’m new in here.
Currently hold a CPL with 777 rating.
4500hrs on 737, and 500hrs on 777.
Anybody know where to get full ATPL around south east asia and how much it cost?
Thank you.

What's wrong with getting ATPL from the country that issued your CPL?

Bizarre question.

Nothing wrong, but no flying school have full atpl program, only written atpl. Airline will give the program just before upgrading program.

Sounds like Indonesian nonsense where ATPL training has to be done by an airline.

Your best bet is the U.S given the pandemic border closure in S.E Asia. It's the quickest. Will cost you around $7K.
