Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone who managed to apply for the A321 CPT/FO position has heard anything yet?

I applied probably in the first hour of seeing the ad, no reply. Aren't they looking for EASA license holders only though? We Brits are being screwed.

They must have had thousands of applications in the 12 (?) hours the ad was up hence it is quite normal that it will take some time for a feedback. Anyhow non uk residents with easa licences will unlikely be selected I guess due to Visa requirements.

Many european pilots have already the settled status, obtained before Brexit. Not an issue.

Yes, I did think the EASA licence was an odd requirement for a UK airline, especially as the A330 TRE position they have advertised requires either a EASA or UK ATPL

Are they perhaps setting up an EU AOC?
they are a third party operator after all and Brexit has shafted them a lot more than any EU ACMI operator.

I may be wrong, but I recall seeing 'Titan Air Malta' mentioned somewhere (could it be LinkedIn?)

They have obtained an AoC in Malta for cargo and pax ACMI. 330/320 ops. A330 leased (ex AirAsiaX).

250 applicants in 24 hours and they were only looking for 1 x CP and 1 x FO apparently.
