I've seen an unconfirmed report that Citation X SX-ECI suffered a 'nose gear collapse' at Paphos, Cyprus on or before July 3, 2021 - possibly on July 2 on arrival from Larnaca. Can anyone confirm the event and provide anything about the circumstances? Was it a landing accident or did it happen on the ramp?

Yep, here it is. I saw it posted on July 3rd. I know no details of the actual event.

Isn't that operated by the Greek CAA?

According to a greek newspaper the incident happened on the ramp after start of taxying on July 2nd, 2021. Only about 20 meters after start of taxying the nose gear collapsed. All 7 crew-pax exited from the front door.
There have been reports on issues with the particular aircraft back in 2018. Leaked documents revealed that hydraulic leaks in the nose gear oleo assembly have been discovered along with other foundings including structural weakness findings in the tail section! Folllowing that finding the nose gear underwent examination at a specialized shop in Switzerland which revealed no corrosion issues, it underwent an overhaul and the gear was put back to the aircraft on Aug 8th, 2018.
